I offer an integrative approach to mental health. Integrative Therapy recognizes and treats the somatic (physical), psychological/emotional, and spiritual nature of a human being. It is based on the premise that the body, mind, and spirit are not separate, but rather integrated parts of a whole person. Every experience has a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspect, which manifests internally within the body, and externally in relationship with others.
The benefits of this approach may include, and are not limited to, stress-relief, decreased anxiety, reduced depression, better communication, enhanced self-awareness, arousal-regulation, social and emotional flexibility, relational intimacy, increased resiliency, and living more authentically.
I do not take insurance at this time, however I do provide Superbills which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Pending availability, I offer a need-based sliding scale. A budget worksheet is required to accommodate and a fee review will be re-assessed monthly.
I accept Venmo, Square, Stripe, and Zelle. Your credit card information must be stored in my secure SimplePractice database so that I may charge for late cancellations if necessary.
I extend a 48-hour cancellation policy with a one-time free pass annually. In the event I cancel with less than a 48-hour notice, you will receive a complimentary make-up session from me.
I currently offer Telehealth sessions only.
I invite you to browse my website, learn more about my practice, and schedule your first appointment!
Please Note:
Completed paperwork is mandatory prior to your session. Once you schedule your session you will receive a link via email through SimplePractice. The feedback I’ve been given is that this process is user-friendly and the paperwork takes approximately 10-15 minutes to fill out.
My mission as your Therapist is to guide you to live an EMBODIED life. The word embodied means: to give BODY to a SPIRIT. EMBODIMENT implies your spirit is experiencing its fullest expression of energetic aliveness in it’s container, your body. It’s a feeling! Through integrative psychotherapy you can expect to learn resourcing techniques that will support you to be more grounded, present and resilient. You'll gain awareness of who you are and become well-equipped to cultivate what you want. You'll fine-tune your intuition, release blocks that keep you stuck, and live more freely and authentically.
