• Your investment for individual therapy is 55 minutes in duration and $250 per hour.

• Your investment for a parent consultation is 90-120 minutes in duration and $250 per hour.

• Your investment in couple therapy is 120 minutes in duration and $250 per hour.

• I do not take insurance at this time, however I DO provide Superbills which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

• Pending availability, I offer a need-based sliding scale. A budget worksheet is required to accommodate and a fee review will be re-assessed monthly.

• I extend a 48-hour cancellation policy with a one-time free pass annually. In the event I cancel with less than a 48-hour notice, you will receive a complimentary make-up session from me.

• I accept Venmo, Square, Stripe, and Zelle. Your credit card information must be stored in my secure HIPPA compliant SimplePractice platform so that I may charge for late cancellations if necessary.

Please Note:

• Completed paperwork must be filled-out prior to your first visit. Once you schedule your appointment you will receive a link via email through SimplePractice. The feedback I’ve been given is that this process is user-friendly and the paperwork takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

• Once you’ve completed your SimplePractice online paperwork, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access your session. Please click on the link before your session and generate a login and password. If you plan on connecting through the SimplePractice app on your mobile device, please download the app beforehand so that you can check to make sure the app is working and so that you may take advantage of your full session time.
